요약. 본 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 카메라 영상, QR 인식, 색상 판독은 모두 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다. 외부로 데이터가 나가는 경우는 광고 표시 하나뿐이며, 그마저도 비개인화 광고로만 요청합니다.
1. 본 앱이 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 이름, 연락처, 이메일, 위치 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없으며, 이용자를 식별하는 계정을 만들지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보
본 앱은 기능을 제공하기 위해 아래 정보를 다루지만, 모두 기기 내부에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되거나 저장·수집되지 않습니다.
카메라 영상
확대경 기능의 본체입니다. 카메라 영상은 화면에 실시간으로 표시되는 용도로만 사용되며, 녹화되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
정지 화면(캡처)
“정지” 기능을 사용하면 해당 순간의 화면이 앱 전용 임시 공간에 잠시 저장됩니다. 이 파일은 정지를 해제하거나 화면을 벗어날 때 삭제되며, Android 에서는 앱이 비정상 종료되어 파일이 남는 경우에도 다음 실행 시 자동으로 정리됩니다(iOS 에서는 운영체제가 관리하는 임시 공간에 저장되어 운영체제가 정리합니다). 사진첩(갤러리)에 저장되지 않으며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
QR 코드 인식
QR 코드의 해석은 전적으로 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 인식된 내용은 화면에 표시될 뿐이며 기록되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
연락처
본 앱은 이용자의 주소록을 읽거나 수집하지 않습니다. QR 코드에 담긴 연락처를 저장할 때 미리 채워진 연락처 카드를 기기의 시스템 연락처 화면으로 넘겨줄 뿐이며, 실제 저장 여부는 이용자가 그 화면에서 직접 결정합니다. Android 에서는 이를 위해 연락처 권한이 필요하지 않으며(앱이 연락처 권한을 갖지 않습니다), iOS 에서는 저장을 선택한 그때에만 연락처 접근 권한을 요청합니다.
클립보드
색상값이나 QR 내용을 복사할 때 기기의 클립보드에 기록합니다. 본 앱은 클립보드의 내용을 읽지 않습니다.
앱 내부 저장값
기기에는 다음 값만 저장됩니다: 최초 실행 안내를 한 번만 보여주기 위한 표시값, 이용자가 고른 기능 설정(QR 코드 읽기·색상 확인의 켬/끔), 그리고 3항의 광고 동의 절차에서 Google의 동의 관리 SDK 가 기록하는 동의 상태(IAB TCF 형식). 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
Wi-Fi 연결 (Android)
Wi-Fi QR 코드를 인식했을 때, 연결 정보를 운영체제의 표준 Wi-Fi 저장 화면으로 넘겨줍니다. 본 앱은 Wi-Fi 비밀번호를 저장하거나 전송하지 않으며, 연결 여부는 이용자가 그 화면에서 직접 결정합니다.
3. 광고
본 앱은 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google이 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 및 앱 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 직접 실행하는 동작 — 인식한 링크를 열거나 색상값을 공유하는 것 — 을 제외하면, 이는 본 앱에서 데이터가 외부로 전달되는 유일한 경우입니다.
본 앱은 광고를 비개인화 광고(Non-personalized ads)로만 요청합니다. 즉 이용자의 관심사 프로필에 기반한 맞춤 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 다만 비개인화 광고에서도 빈도 제한, 부정 클릭 방지, 총계 집계 등 제한된 목적으로 일부 데이터가 사용될 수 있습니다.
동의가 필요한 지역의 이용자
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스와 개인정보 관련 법이 적용되는 미국 일부 주에서는 앱을 처음 실행할 때 광고 표시에 관한 동의를 묻는 화면이 나타납니다. 이 동의는 Google의 인증된 동의 수집 도구(User Messaging Platform)를 통해 수집되며, 해당 지역 여부의 판단도 Google이 합니다. 동의는 설정 화면의 「광고 동의 설정 변경」에서 언제든지 바꾸거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 지역(한국·일본 등) 이용자에게는 이 화면이 표시되지 않습니다.
동의가 확인되기 전에는 광고를 요청하지 않으며, 동의를 확인할 수 없는 경우에도 광고만 표시되지 않을 뿐 앱의 모든 기능은 정상적으로 동작합니다.

광고 식별자 관리
이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
본 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 위 3항의 광고 제공을 위한 Google의 데이터 처리와, 이용자가 직접 실행하는 링크 열기·색상값 공유를 제외하면, 외부로 전달되는 정보가 없습니다.
5. 보관 기간
본 앱은 서버를 운영하지 않으며 이용자의 정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장되는 값(2항)은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
6. 연령 및 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 아동을 주 이용자로 상정해 설계된 앱(child-directed)이 아니라 성인 이용자, 특히 노안·저시력 이용자를 위한 보조 도구이며, 스토어에는 13세 이상을 대상으로 등록합니다. 확대경·QR 인식 기능 자체에 연령에 따라 제한되는 내용은 없습니다. 본 앱은 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 따라서 만 14세 미만 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 처리를 하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
본 앱은 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 값은 앱 삭제로, 광고 식별자는 3항의 방법으로 이용자가 직접 제거할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 주십시오.
8. 권한 안내
- 카메라 (필수): 확대경·QR 인식 기능에 사용합니다.
- 연락처 (iOS 만, 선택): QR로 인식한 연락처를 저장할 때만 요청합니다. Android 는 연락처 권한을 갖지 않습니다. 거부해도 나머지 기능은 정상 동작합니다.
9. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때에는 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

Privacy Policy
밝은돋보기 · MagnifiZoom (the “App”)
Summary. The App does not collect your personal information or send it to any server. The camera feed, QR decoding, and color reading all happen entirely on your device. Apart from actions you take yourself — opening a scanned link, sharing a color value — the only case in which data leaves the device is advertising, and even there the App requests non-personalized ads only.
1. Information the App collects
The App does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, contact details, email address, or location. There is no sign-up or sign-in, and no account identifying you is created.
2. Information processed on your device only
To provide its features the App handles the following, all of it on the device. None of it is transmitted, stored remotely, or collected.
Camera feed
This is the magnifier itself. The feed is used only to draw the live image on screen. It is not recorded and not transmitted.
Frozen frames
Using “freeze” writes that moment's frame to the App's own private cache for a short time. The file is deleted when you unfreeze or leave the screen. On Android, if the App is killed while a frame is frozen, the leftover file is swept on the next launch; on iOS it lives in the operating system's temporary storage, which the system clears. It is never saved to your photo library and never transmitted.
QR codes
QR decoding happens entirely on the device. The decoded content is shown on screen; it is not logged or transmitted.
Contacts
The App does not read or collect your address book. When you save a contact found in a QR code it hands a pre-filled contact card to your device's system contact screen, and you decide there whether to save it. On Android this needs no contacts permission (the App holds none); on iOS, contacts access is requested only at that moment.
Clipboard
Copying a color value or QR content writes to your device's clipboard. The App does not read the clipboard.
Local app storage
The device stores only: a flag so the first-run introduction is shown once, your feature choices (QR reading and color checking on/off), and the consent status recorded by Google's consent-management SDK during the advertising consent flow in section 3 (IAB TCF format). None of it identifies a person.
Wi-Fi connection (Android)
When a Wi-Fi QR code is scanned, the App passes the connection details to the operating system's standard Wi-Fi save dialog. The App does not store or transmit Wi-Fi passwords, and you decide in that dialog whether to connect.
3. Advertising
The App displays Google AdMob banner ads. To serve them, Google may process an advertising identifier, IP address, and device and app information. Apart from actions you take yourself (opening a scanned link, sharing a color value), this is the only case in which data leaves the device.
The App requests non-personalized ads only — it does not request advertising targeted to an interest profile. Note that even non-personalized ads may use limited data for purposes such as frequency capping, click-fraud prevention, and aggregate reporting.
Users in regions where consent is required
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and US states with applicable privacy laws, a consent screen about advertising appears when the App is first launched. Consent is gathered through Google's certified User Messaging Platform, which also determines which regions this applies to. It can be changed or withdrawn at any time from “Change ad consent settings” on the App's Settings screen. Users elsewhere — Korea and Japan among them — never see this screen.
No ad is requested before consent has been resolved, and if consent cannot be established, only the ads are withheld — every feature of the App keeps working.

4. Sharing with third parties
The App does not sell or share your personal information. Apart from Google's processing for advertising described in section 3, no information is passed to anyone.
5. Retention
The App operates no server and retains no user information. Values stored on the device (section 2) are removed when you uninstall the App.
6. Age and children's privacy
The App is not designed for children (not child-directed): it is an aid for adults, particularly people with presbyopia or low vision, and is listed in the stores for ages 13 and up. Nothing in the magnifier or QR features is itself restricted by age.
That said, the App is not designed for children as its intended audience (it is not a child-directed app); it is an accessibility aid for people with low vision. The App collects no personal information from any user, children included, and therefore performs no processing that would require a guardian's consent.
7. Your rights
Because the App neither collects nor retains personal information, there is no stored data to access, correct, or delete. Device-stored values are removed by uninstalling the App, and the advertising identifier can be reset by you using the steps in section 3. For anything else, contact us below.
8. Permissions
- Camera (required): used for the magnifier and QR scanning.
- Contacts (iOS only, optional): requested only when saving a contact from a QR code. Android holds no contacts permission. Declining it leaves every other feature working.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revision and its effective date will be posted on this page. Significant changes will also be announced through an App update.
